Ep. 11 - A Conversation with Author Alfie Kohn

We are excited to kick off our second season of episodes with a conversation with author and lecturer Alfie Kohn. It was an honor to sit down with him and discuss a wide-array of topics from school funding to rethinking how we assess students in school. This was a shorter conversation but we covered a lot of ground. Like many of our other conversations here, I think everyone from parents to students, teachers to administrators, and activists to policy makers can get something out of this conversation.

Tune in to hear us chat about topics such as the myth of learning loss, why and how we should be pushing back against standardized testing, and a quick reflection on his insights and experiences with education reform over the years. We hope you enjoy the conversation!
